The 300ap summer Vexgames were held in the city of Liston in then-Brolecia between April 11 and 24, 300ap, with 270 medals given in 19 sports at 17 venues to athletes from 24 participating nations.

Like the Moranian games, the second Vexgames were reportedly a "catastrophic failure", though reasons are not given. The Vexgames were plagued by host organisational issues, and shortly after the IVC was founded to help national committees manage any future games. Yet, despite reviews, the Liston games will be best remembered as the first that attracted specific airline deals for tourism.
