Historical Background: Formal diplomatic relations with other nations had broken down completely by the end of A. V. 298, although for a short time before then they had been entrusted by treaty to Prime Minister Jacques Vincent of neighboring Maurétanie (now Brolecia). This arrangement did not, however, work out happily for the Afrazureans and was discontinued upon the fall of the Maurétanian regime. After the UNV mandate in 300, foreign relations were conducted on behalf of Afrazure by the Kingdom of Altland, although separate representation in Medhinou from individual nations on the consular level was encouraged. With the restoration of full independence to The Kingdom of Afrazure as of 1 June 206, full and direct diplomatic relations at the ambassadorial level once again became possible.
